Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd. is a corporate management company licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under The Companies Management Law. Its directors are David E. Ritch, OBE, JP. and Cherry J. Bridges, partners of the law firm, Ritch & Conolly.

Its services include the incorporation of various types of companies on behalf of clients, overseas and locally, registration of overseas companies as foreign companies in the Cayman Islands, providing registered offices and administrative services to such companies, thereby ensuring that all of its client companies are kept in good standing.

Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd. also acts as Secretary or Assistant Secretary, if required, and in certain circumstances, as nominee shareholders. As part of its services, it also prepares and submits applications to the Trade and Business Licensing Board for the grant and renewal of business licenses, particularly for local companies.

Its administrators act to ensure that its clients meet all the necessary compliance and filing requirements in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.
