litigation practice with extensive experience in cross-border
litigation in trusts, corporate disputes, insolvency and asset

The firm has established links with law firms and other institutions
worldwide, but also has a strong presence in the Cayman Islands
as Mr. David Ritch, the Senior Partner has served as President
of the Cayman Islands Law Society and as Chairman of various Government
Statutory Boards over the years including the Immigration Board,
the Trade & Business Licensing Board and the Currency Board.
He is also the current Chairman of Caribbean Utilities Company.
