Ritch & Conolly is proud to announce the third year of its sponsorship of the Deputy Governor’s 5K Challenge. An initiative of the Office of the Deputy Governor, the 5-kilometer event challenges civil servants, private sector employees and members of the general public to better fitness levels while raising funds to benefit charitable organisations. This year’s designated charity is the YMCA. The event is certainly making an impact in the public health and charity arenas. Previous charities have included the Cayman Heart Fund, C.I. Special Olympics and C.I. Hospice Care. In 2016, a remarkable feat was achieved when CI$60,000 was raised to fund the purchase of a new ambulance. The firm would like to congratulate organisers, participants and sponsors on their contribution to this year’s 5K Challenge, which will take place Sunday 30 April 2017.
