Many modern organisations, regardless of size, own assets in multiple locations across the world. The advent of technology, together with accessible international markets, means dealing with clients across borders is easier than ever before.
Congratulations to the WaterMark team on getting planning approval for your latest project! Ritch & Conolly is proud to be the legal advisors for this exciting and innovative luxury development.
Ritch & Conolly once again sponsored the annual ultra-marathon Off The Beaten Track (“OTBT”), now in its eighth year. OTBT remains the only off-road ultra-marathon in the Cayman Islands, covering 50km of Grand Cayman’s more challenging and unmarked terrain.
