On 21 June, the law firm of Ritch & Conolly converted to a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act of the Cayman Islands with Registration Number 601078. Its registered office is located at its affiliated corporate management company, Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd. in Queensgate House, 113 South Church Street, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Ritch & Conolly is pleased to announce that it reopened its offices on 22 June 2020 following the lifting of the ‘shelter in place’ regulations imposed by the Cayman Islands Government due to the threat of COVID-19. The firm has also launched its new website.

Ritch & Conolly once again sponsored the annual ultra-marathon Off The Beaten Track (“OTBT”), now in its eighth year. OTBT remains the only off-road ultra-marathon in the Cayman Islands, covering 50km of Grand Cayman’s more challenging and unmarked terrain. Participants in the race cover a course that includes back roads and uncharted bush and beaches.
